General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the povip platform and all related services. By visiting the povip website (povip.cam), registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be published on this page.

Account Registration

4.1 — Registration Rules

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. povip reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.

4.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be required to process withdrawals and when certain limits are exceeded. Any one of the following documents is acceptable:

• Valid Passport
• Driving License (with photo)

4.3 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 — Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The following payment methods are accepted:

5.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

povip follows strict rules to prevent financial irregularities. For suspicious transactions, we may request additional verification and reserve the right to report to the authorities if necessary. Only funds deposited from your own account are permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a wager equal to 10 times the bonus amount has been completed.

6.2 — Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Bonuses are usable only on designated games — see the details of each promotion.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus offer is active.
• Winnings earned with bonus funds are converted to real funds once the wagering requirement is met.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to meet bonus conditions through gambling strategies may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Any bonus offer will be automatically cancelled after its specified expiry period.

6.3 — VIP Program

Regular players can be enrolled in our three-tier VIP program. The tiers are:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through consistent and active participation.

Gaming Rules

7.1 — Fair Play

All games on the povip platform are operated through third-party providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. There is no possibility of manipulation in our gaming environment.

7.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games with the help of software bots or automation tools.
• Collaborative cheating or secret coordination with other players.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in games.
• Using fraudulent payment information.
• Bonus abuse or fraud through multiple accounts.

7.3 — Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, the relevant transaction is generally considered void. In such situations, our technical team reviews the matter and makes a final decision. Incorrect winnings arising from errors will not be considered valid.

Service Suspension

11.1 — Account Closure by povip

povip reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Evidence of being underage.

11.2 — Account Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals can be completed before the account is closed, provided the KYC requirements have been met.

Changes to Terms

povip reserves the right to amend, change, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notice to the registered email address. However, continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with the revised terms and conditions, please request account closure and refrain from using the platform.
